• Trip details: date, time, pickup/drop-off location, passenger and luggage count.
• Your flight number (if you'd like us to track it for pickup timing).
• General, non-personal browsing data (device or browser type) to improve the site.

How we use your data

• Organizing and confirming your trip, and assigning the right driver for your group.
• Communicating with you about your booking (confirmations, reminders, schedule changes).
• Responding to inquiries sent via the contact form, WhatsApp, or email.
• Improving our service and the website based on overall usage.

We never sell or rent your data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is only shared with the driver assigned to your trip, and only to the extent needed to deliver the service.

WhatsApp and third-party services

Booking and primary communication happen via WhatsApp, a Meta service with its own privacy policy. As with any WhatsApp message, content is stored on your device and on WhatsApp's servers per their policies. The site also uses Google Maps to display our location, and loading the page may share non-personal browsing data with Google per their policy.

Data retention and security

We keep booking data for as long as needed to complete the trip and follow up on any related inquiry, after which it's deleted or securely archived. We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, though no electronic system is 100% secure.

Your rights

You can ask at any time what data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, or request deletion, by writing to us at booking@cairoairportbus.com.
