1. Booking & confirmation

Bookings are made via WhatsApp, phone, or the contact form on the site. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from us with the driver's name, vehicle type, and the final agreed price. The price agreed at confirmation is final, with no undisclosed extra fees.

2. Pickup timing & delays

For airport pickups, we track the flight number you provide and adjust the driver's arrival to match the plane's actual landing time. For pickups from your hotel or place of stay, please let us know as soon as possible on WhatsApp if you expect to be late, to avoid any delay in coordinating your driver.

3. Passenger responsibilities

• Being at the agreed pickup location and time.
• Providing accurate passenger and luggage counts at booking, so we assign the right vehicle.
• Following in-vehicle safety rules (seatbelt use, no smoking, etc).
• Being responsible for any damage caused by deliberate misuse of the vehicle.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices shown on the site or sent via WhatsApp are estimates and may vary based on the exact destination, passenger count, or timing (night trips/holidays). The final price is confirmed in writing before the trip. Payment is made in cash to the driver unless another method is agreed in advance.

5. Cancellation & changes

6. Limitation of liability

We do our best to make sure you arrive on time, but we're not responsible for delays beyond our control such as heavy traffic, weather conditions, or road closures. In such cases, our team will reach out immediately to arrange a suitable alternative.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute will first be resolved amicably, and otherwise before the competent courts in Cairo.
